- We optimize staffing to reduce costs. Rather than losing time and money having a programmer work outside of his/her specialty (e.g. training, documentation, data entry), tasks are distributed to the appropriate team member at the lowest possible labor category rate.
- We manage multiple labor categories to realize cost savings. Multiple labor categories will lead to increased costs, not decreased costs, if not properly managed. Our team is completely managed onsite by one of the company partners to ensure accurate design, schedule discipline and budget discipline.
- We hire the best and brightest people. Finding the best price is usually not determined by labor rates most GSA labor category rates are comparable. Instead price savings are realized by reducing the project time required and increasing the quality of the work.
